Since 2011 Cleanpix Graphics has been supplying high quality architectural 3d rendering services to a growing portfolio of clients across the Sydney metro area.

Over the years we have worked with architects, developers, real estate agents and branding studios to create hundreds of carefully crafted 3d visualisations for all types of property developments.

Some of the projects we have completed in Sydney include residential townhouse subdivisions, high and low density apartment buildings, luxury single dwellings, as well as commercial and retail fit-out 3d renders.

Townhouse Estate - Kellyville


Cleanpix Graphics worked together with the property developers to help them create interior 3d renders for a townhouse estate comprising over 30 units, located is Sydney’s north-west suburb of Kellyville.
We created visuals that showed off 2 distinct light and dark colour schemes available for selection to potential buyers.

Brighton Boulevard – North Bondi


Located in North Bondi, 3 minutes walk up the road from the famous beach, this was an extension/renovation project for a cute little townhouse duplex.
We worked with Josephine Hurley Architecture to create several 3d renders intended to accompany the town planning submission for 2 different design concept proposals. Ultimately a more conventional concept was selected and built but these were certainly eye-catching designs that would have looked amazing if realised!

Victoria Road – Drummoyne


A boutique mixed use retail + residential low rise development in the heart of vibrant Drummoyne.
This project was comprised of generously sized, contemporary apartments with commanding views of Sydney’s famous harbor. The ground floor apartments also featured spacious, secluded split level courtyards.

Wayman Street – Merrylands


We worked with a branding agency to create several external and internal 3d visualisations for this high density residential development, located in Sydney’s western suburbs of Merrylands. The upper level apartment terraces had some great views of the city.

New Canterbury Road – Hurlstone Park


With quality finishes throughout, this apartment development was set in one of inner-west Sydney’s most convenient hubs.
Positioned in a convenient location, moments from Dulwich Hill train station, leafy parklands, cafes, shops and a diverse array of dining options.
This project sported a unique community rooftop garden with great views of the Sydney CBD.

President Avenue – Caringbah


We created a series of great 3d visuals for this modern mixed-use apartment development.
Positioned conveniently close to Cronulla beach, our aim was to emphasise the coastal location and lifestyle of the property via the use of appropriate styling for our interior 3d renders.

Fraser Street – Westmead


A high density apartment development in family-friendly Westmead/Parramatta district, perfect for young professionals and first home buyers.

Eden Development – Greenacre


The Eden project was a vast multi-phase development that was comprised of 5 blocks of residential and mixed-use apartment complexes and a dozen townhouse unit residences.
