This gallery features examples of our 3d architectural interior renders.
The projects below showcase the meticulous work and attention to detail in creating our lifestyle images.
We create stunning interior 3d rendering services for residential, commercial and retail property developments – including townhouse units, apartments, offices, hospitality, luxury dwellings and mixed use retail.
Our 3d interior rendering work has included everything from open-plan living areas and light-filled kitchens to bedrooms and bathrooms of all shapes and sizes. These include detailed, photorealistic 3d visualisations of natural and artificial lighting, material surfaces, furniture and styling accessories, kitchen joinery, garden areas and many other bespoke features specified by the client.
For a typical job order our clients will often request a batch of 3 or 4 interior views, combined with one or two 3d exterior renders, most frequently a streetscape and courtyard view, as well as a set of stylized floor plans for marketing brochures.
We believe that the smallest architectural and interior design details can make the difference between good and great visuals and consequently we make significant effort to ensure that all the elements in our artwork are Australian standard, proportionally accurate and in line with dimensions outlined in the fit-out specifications. We look at things like glass thicknesses, skirting and architrave profiles, door handles and even the power outlets!
The quality of materials and textures applied to the 3d models is also hugely important. We have completed many interior 3d renders projects where we found ourselves going to meticulous (and painstaking) lengths to create individual wood plank textures with just the right amount of knots or grain pattern to create the perfect timber floor boards. Many late nights have been spent on trawling Google image search for a super high resolution photo of the perfect marble slab to match the swatch specified by the architect.
Our 3d architectural renders are of the highest quality and create a realistic impression of your project that aim to convey a sense of lifestyle tailored to your target market. At Cleanpix Graphics we’re always happy to keep an open and flexible approach to every interior 3d rendering project that we undertake.
In our past experience we have worked with some clients who preferred to supply very detailed internal fit-out specifications and working drawings, prescribing everything down to the smallest detail, including furniture pieces and styling accessories like artwork and décor items to be included.
On the other hand, the majority of the clients we’ve collaborated indicate preference for a more flexible approach, requiring more creative license and direction from our side. We have a great deal of experience at putting together furniture and styling schemes, as well as designing bespoke kitchen and bathroom joinery and picking out fixtures and fittings.
We offer the option to include furniture and accessories from our extensive collection of designer items or alternatively we will try to acquire bespoke pieces specified by the client.
We always aim to collaborate closely with our clients for either approach, whether they prefer to be more ‘hands on’ or open to our creative input, we’re happy to help!
Typically we charge somewhere in the range of AU$1200 – AU$1800 + GST per render (As of 2022). Smaller interior spaces like bathrooms and bedrooms will tend to skew to the lower side of the price range while larger spaces like kitchen and living or combined area views like living/alfresco spaces will most likely be priced in the middle to top price tier.
In some cases lower pricing per render may be possible if more than one view angle is developed for the same internal space.
We like to assess every project individually as all jobs can present unique challenges and client needs. Offering fixed prices that cover every single scenario is difficult since there is often a variable scope of work required for different projects.
