Cleanpix Graphics has worked on projects with architects, property developers, real estate agents and branding agencies in Canberra since the early 2010s.

Our creative studio supplies high quality architectural 3d rendering services, delivering photo-realistic artwork for marketing and planning submission purposes.

Over the years we have worked on all sorts of property developments, including residential townhouse estates, luxury dwellings, high rise apartments, commercial and hospitality fit-outs.

Alivio Tourist Park - O'Connor ACT

On this project we have collaborated with our long-time client Lekkier to deliver a package of visuals for an upcoming bar and restaurant complex for popular accommodation hotspot Alivio Park.
The resort owners wanted to see a detailed and realistic rendition of the finalised design prior to commencing construction, as well as for using the visuals as marketing material to promote the new amenities.

The design of the complex is clean and modern, intended to blend in with the surrounding bushland setting, taking inspiration for colours and materials from the native gum trees and ground cover.
Despite the minimalistic appearance, there was still endless fine detail that needed to be shown in the visuals, including unique acoustic panelling, light fixtures, shadow-lines panels and unique stone surfaces.
In the early phase of this project we also worked with our client to deliver a few day time exterior 3d renders for the planning submission.

Office Fit-Out Concepts

For this project we were hired to create a few office space design concepts. Our Canberra-based client wanted to showcase their studio's expertise and abilities to offer cutting edge design services for commercial public spaces and office fit-outs.

Ultimately we ended up delivering 4-5 visuals featuring office work areas, break-out spaces, public lobbies, conference rooms and auditoriums.

Nama Sushi Interior Fit-Out

This was an early collab with our Canberra based client Lekkier. We worked together to create a collection of high end visuals to help their clients visualise the interior fit-out concept for a Japanese themed restaurant.

A lot of effort went into incorporating the smallest details into our 3d model, including details like exposed mechanical fittings, timber grain textures and very precise height placement of the lantern pendants.

Bar & Grill Fit-Out - Concept 3d Renders

For this project we were hired to create a collection of 3d visualisations for a bar and grill interior design concept.
Our Canberra-based client wanted to showcase their studio's abilities to offer comprehensive design services for commercial hospitality fit-outs.

We had to show a lot of architectural detail while modelling this art deco inspired concept. A lot of effort went into trying to get the lighting effects to look right, as well as the frosted glass feature panels.
Render time calculations for the final high resolution versions were significant - 6 or 7 hours per image! - as a result of the dozens of diffused lights illuminating through several layers of glass panels and beverage bottles.
